Ingredients
- 1 Litre chicken stock
- 2 Carrots, chopped
- 2 Sticks celery, chopped
- Onion, chopped
- 400g Tomatoes
- Quarter of a cup basil
- Quarter of a cup chopped curly parsley
- Tablespoon rosemary
Method
In a large saucepan bring the chicken stock to the boil and add carrots, celery, onion and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes then blend. Add in the herbs and season to taste.
