Ingredients
- 400g Fromage blanc
- 1 Garlic clove, grated
- White onion, chopped
- Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 100ml Creme Fraiche (or sour cream)
Method
Whip the fromage blanc and add in garlic, onion and mustard. Whip up the crème fraiche to firm peak stage and add that to the fromage blanc mixture. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Sprinkle with chopped chives just before serving.
